Engage proactively with residents to incorporate their voice into future planning and allocate grant funding democratically and efficiently.
Communicate transparently about what council can and cannot do.
Deliver responsive and respectful customer service to build trust and satisfaction within the community.
Work hard to get ratepayers' trust and satisfaction levels back.
Promote transparency in the council's decision-making processes.
Uphold democracy so every ratepayer is treated equally and fairly and end all race-based policies and appointments.
Review and refresh council engagement policy ensuring that consultation and engagement are considered authentic by ratepayers.
Minimise closed workshops and allow material to be available to the public.
Increase transparency to financial management with comprehensive financial reporting to be included in all standing committee reports.
